Do you offer delivery?

Yes! However, our delivery schedule is limited and fills up pretty quickly. We offer complementary delivery within 5 miles of our Seminole, FL location. A $1.00/mile fee will be charged for locations outside of our delivery area.

Boards are hand-delivered and arrive beautifully arranged and ready to serve.  We currently deliver in the greater St. Petersburgh, FL areas (St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, Seminole and the beaches.)  Additional areas may include a slightly higher delivery fee.

SoCuterie FL releases all responsibility to the recipient after the board has been safely delivered.  If ordering for someone else, please notify the recipient to expect a delivery from SoCuterie FL during their scheduled delivery window.

Can I provide my own platter/ board?

Of course! We often have customers order birthday or housewarming gifts and want them to keep the board.  We offer a variety of beautiful wood serving boards for an additional charge, or we'd be happy to recommend local artists who can make a personalized board to meet your needs.

Inquire when placing your order and we'd be happy to make arrangements.

How do I return a platter/ board provided by SoCuterie FL?

Non-disposable platters, boards and displays typically used for our larger grazing tables must be returned to So Cuterie FL. They should be washed and returned in the same condition they were provided. Arrangements will be made at the time the order is placed to accommodate the return of any items. An additional fee will be charged for item not returned in a timely manner.

Do you accommodate special dietary needs?

Absolutely! We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher/ halal (pork-free) options upon request, however these may be subject to additional fees.  Please include any allergies/dietary restrictions when placing your order, that way we can do our best to accommodate.

All boards and boxes can be made completely nut-free, however we cannot guarantee our boards and boxes are made in a nut free facility.

We ask that YOU take precautions and make sure that you are aware of what ingredients are included in our boards before consuming. If you have ANY severe allergies, please make us aware at the time your order is placed.  You can also contact us via email before consuming any product and we will be happy to provide package labeling and a list of ingredients.  The health and safety of our customers is our #1 priority.

My board won't be served right away, how do I store it?

We recommend consuming your board within 24 hours for ultimate freshness and flavor. Keep your board/box refrigerated until about 30 minutes prior to serving. Bringing cheese to room temp is essential to help loosen up the fat, which allows the cheese a better texture and optimal flavor. To keep safe from bacterial growth and or spoilage, you should only keep your board/box/graze out for a maximum of 3 hours.
